Well hello, summer! Hope you had a great Memorial Day. I went to Miraval with some dear friends, and am happy to report that the place survived the recent RHONJ invasion. Not a lot going on this past week; unlike holidays of yorn, no alarming reports of Bellino McNuggets rolling into the pool strapped into their stroller or such. The limited news is:
· Tammy Sue is getting her fantasy wedding show dream fulfilled after all. It’s still not clear whether this will be a one-episode deal or a short series like “Tardy for the Wedding”. I suppose that depends on how well this RHOC season’s effort to get people to like Tammy works. I personally think a televised wedding is the height of tacky, but a televised THIRD wedding is nothing short of trashy.
· Meanwhile up the coast, RHOBH is filming and Kyle has her panties in a bundle because The Glands and Lisa are “bullying” her with accusations that Mauricio is sleeping around. There’s that damn word again! The Glands insists it is not “bullying” to inform your friend that people are gossiping about her husband and his recreational activities. For her part, Lisa insists the rumors are entirely false anyway. Kim is supposedly so mad she’s ready to quit the show in allegiance with Kyle which is one of those “please, will you?” sort of threats.
· Also, Yo Foster became an American citizen! Congratulations, Yo!
And yeah, that’s about it. Let’s get back to the Tammy Sue Redemption Campaign, shall we?
