This is the end… yes, we’ve finally arrived. Don’t forget that I’m keeping up with some other reality programming on my website, www.thislittlemama.com, so pay me a visit! Tonight was the explosive second half of the RHOC Season 7 Reunion, but there’s been a whole lotta crazy happening off-television today:
* Tammy Sue Barney was apparently not happy that Bravo edited her comments about Vicki in her Bravo blog of last week, so she took to Facebook to let the world know that she and Eddie had tried to talk to Donn2 (whose real name is “David”) about the risks of negative publicity from filming RHOC. Apparently Donn2 decided to take the risk anyway so Vicki would look “authentic” and he would get on TV. Tammy Sue also says she’s been aware of a relationship between Vic and Donn2 for four years now. Hmmm.
* Apparently in response to that, and in support of her claims that she knows lots of dirt on Eddie too, Vic retweeted a tweet from some twit about how Eddie’s real name is Eduardo Torres and he’s been disbarred! WELL, a few things about that:
(1) the link the twit attached was to the State Department list of “Statutorily DEBARRED Parties”, which is a list of individuals “convicted of violating or conspiracy to violate the Arms Export Control Act (AECA). As a consequence, they are subject to “statutory debarment” pursuant to §38(g)(4) of the AECA and §127.7 of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Thus, these persons are prohibited from participating directly or indirectly in the export of defense articles (including technical data) and defense services.” In other words, they are arms dealers, not DISBARRED attorneys.
(2) Moreover, the “Eduardo Torres” who is a convicted arms dealer will be 32 next month and was found guilty in Texas in November 2010. Since Tammy Sue started dating a 36ish-year-old Eddie Judge in January 2010 and wrapped up filming Season 6 (in which Eddie made his first, half-naked tubside appearance) in October 2010, it would seem highly improbable that Tammy’s Eddie appeared in a Texas federal court to be convicted of illegal arms dealing the following month. And even assuming his attention-whoredom was all-consuming enough to subject himself to such a ridiculous state of affairs, still be on RHOC now.
(3) Now, there IS a disbarred lawyer in the state of California by the name of Edward Judge, but he’s a 50+-year-old man from San Francisco. He was disbarred in 1999 at the age of 38 after being convicted of attempted armed robbery. Eddie is something like 38 NOW.
(4) Eddie’s father is a lawyer and runs the Judge Law Firm, where some sources have said Eddie works but is not a lawyer. He is not listed among firm staff.
(5) Eddie’s former name was supposedly Navarro, according to a number of sources, and he’s mentioned before that he was adopted. Various people have posted around the intertubes that he graduated from Anaheim High School in 1991 under the name Eddie Navarro. (Since I wrote this, Tammy has gotten on Twitter to confirm just that.)
So to summarize: Tammy Sue’s Eddie is neither the “debarred” arms dealer Eduardo Torres, nor the “disbarred” attorney Edward Judge. And if you tweet Vic something that ostensibly maligns someone she dislikes you can count on her to retweet it without so much as a glance at the link. Magnificent. I wonder what we can get her to tweet next?
* In other news: the BH ladies are supposedly headed to Paris for this year’s cast trip, and Adrienne is not going because everyone is being mean to her. Tay’s not sure whether she’s going to go because she’s dating someone secret and doesn’t want to leave him, or in other words Bravo’s not springing for her ticket. And she’s also quite busy shilling ViSalus along with Hulk Hogan and Kris Humphries.
* RumorFix has reported that NeNe got in a physical fight during filming of the upcoming season of RHOA, hitting a producer in the face, and will be let go after the cast trip to Anguilla, but NeNe tweets that’s all false.
* RealityTea reports that Jacqueline Laurita says the Juicy Guidices are not sleeping in the same room. For someone who said she had spoken Teresa’s name for the last time she seems to have a lot of followup commentary.
* And finally, even though Jill ZAAAAAAAARIN will never, ever be on RHONY again, she’s somehow gotten picked up by ABC for a new show called “Good Afternoon America”. On said show last week she commented that Mo Singer is “delusional” to consider herself some major bidness lady. Mo, as one would expect, says that Jill’s all wrong, and told WetPaint that it’s “sad” Jill is still using Mo to get herself attention. Sad it is.
